Furry Haven was founded out of a deep love for animals and the desire to create a safe, stress-free environment where pets feel at home. From calming music and essential oils in the air to optional Hemp Oil for added relaxation, every detail was designed to help pets enjoy their grooming experience. Our certified groomers have completed specialized Pet Therapy training to better understand your pet’s needs, ensuring they not only look their best but feel cared for and comfortable. What began as a passion has grown into a trusted Pet Salon & Spa, where families can feel confident knowing their furry loved ones are treated with compassion, respect, and genuine love.

Jennie was born and raised in Utah and spent 30 years in the medical field before following her lifelong dream of owning a pet care business. Her passion for animals inspired the creation of Furry Haven, built around the needs of both pets and their owners. Jennie has loved animals all her life, especially dogs, and shares a special bond with her Frenchton, who never leaves her side. She enjoys the unique experience each pet brings to Furry Haven and looks forward to welcoming your furry family into her care.

Stephanie Haines

Stephanie Haines has called Bountiful home for the past 11 years, after growing up in Tremonton, Utah. She is married and a proud mom of three children, along with her two Yorkies, Lucy and Ethel, who she adores. Animals have always been part of Stephanie’s life, though most were outdoor pets while she was growing up. That changed four years ago when Lucy joined the family, followed a year later by Ethel, and Stephanie discovered the unmatched joy of having dogs as beloved companions inside the home.

Kacey has dedicated her life to animals, holding a Pet Science degree and certification as a Fear Free Dog Trainer. She spent much of her career as an animal control officer and in shelters before focusing on dog training, learning from a military dog trainer and other large organizations. She thrives on working with challenging situations and “problem” pets, seeing each as an opportunity to grow. At home, she cares for two large dogs, three cats, three chinchillas, a lizard, fish, frogs, and hermit crabs—along with her loving husband and their 2-year-old son. Her greatest joy is helping families and their pets thrive.

Groomer
Kylee is Furry Haven’s primary groomer and has been passionate about animals from a young age, often caring for barn animals and begging to bring home the barn cats. Becoming a certified animal groomer was always her dream, and she’s grateful to now be living it. Kylee is experienced in grooming both cats and dogs and hopes to expand her skills to include exotic animals in the future. When she’s not pampering pets at Furry Haven, she enjoys spending time with her own beloved cats, Percy and Astrid.
